Tori is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who works with children and adolescents ages 5 to 17, including neurodivergent clients. She helps kids and teens who want to feel more confident, emotionally steady, and understood, especially when anxiety, ADHD, autism, or big emotions make everyday life feel overwhelming at home or school.
Tori has experience supporting youth in both inpatient and outpatient settings and takes a neurodiversity-affirming, skills-based approach to therapy. She focuses on helping young clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected while teaching them practical tools to regulate emotions, improve communication, and respond to challenges more effectively. She also works closely with parents, offering coaching and strategies that create consistency and reduce conflict at home.
Tori believes that kids are not “too much,” broken, or failing. They often have not been taught the skills that help their brains and bodies feel safe and in control. She is known for being both compassionate and direct, creating a space where families feel supported while still being guided toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of session, Tori practices and teaches simple reset strategies like pausing, stepping away, moving the body, and reframing thoughts because she believes emotional regulation is built through small, repeatable moments in everyday life.
