Gino works with adults who may feel misunderstood, pressured by outside expectations, or unsure whether they have a space where they can fully be themselves. He is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and clients navigating cultural expectations, stereotypes, and other barriers to feeling seen and understood.
Gino believes therapy should be a space where clients can show up authentically without fear of judgment or being reduced to a diagnosis or difficult experience. Rather than telling clients who they should become, he works collaboratively to help them better understand their emotions, values, needs, and strengths while building greater self-acceptance.
His approach is person-centered, strengths-based, multicultural, and neurodiversity-affirming. Gino values respect, authenticity, cultural humility, and advocacy in his work with clients.
Gino has experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, social communication challenges, adjustment concerns, and feeding challenges. He has specialized experience working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals.
Drawing from his professional experience and military background, Gino recognizes that strength looks different for everyone. He believes clients should not have to mask, perform, or fit someone else’s expectations to be worthy of understanding and support.
Outside of his clinical work, Gino enjoys music and movies, especially horror films.
