Stress Awareness Month

Along with National Month of Hope, April is also Stress Awareness Month!

When left unchecked stress can become debilitating. No one is immune to it.

Here are three things you can do to help alleviate stress today!

1) Practice Meditation or Yoga

2) Spend time outdoors (Bonus points if you spend time outdoors exercising!)

3)Laugh more! Play a comedy special or plan to spend some time with friends and family!
