Dr. Cogorno (formerly Sharp) leads Monarch Behavioral Health, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, adults, and families. Since 2015, she has specialized in psychological assessment and therapy grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach. She’s known for warm, precise evaluations and clear, actionable reports that both support areas of vulnerability and amplify existing strengths. As founder, she pairs clinical excellence with community partnership to expand access to care across San Antonio.
