Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who supports adolescents and adults in discovering and embracing their authentic selves. She works with clients who feel unheard, boxed in by expectations, or weighed down by labels, helping them reconnect with their identity and sense of personal agency. Jessica’s approach focuses on empowering clients to advocate for themselves, build confidence, and create a life that reflects who they truly are and who they want to become.
Drawing from her own journey toward wellness, Jessica believes no one should feel limited in their potential. As a therapist, she is committed to seeing clients for who they are without preconceived notions and walking alongside them as they pursue healing, growth, and self-understanding.
Jessica’s work is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and creativity. She fosters genuine therapeutic relationships that encourage open and honest dialogue, creating a safe environment for exploration. She also incorporates creativity into sessions, often using expressive tools to help clients process emotions, gain insight, and discover new ways of understanding themselves.
Jessica works with teens ages 12–18 and adults. Her clinical interests include generational trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s issues, perfectionism, LGBTQ+ concerns, body image, and identity exploration. She primarily utilizes a client-centered approach while incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Art Therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, Jessica enjoys comfort films like Love, Rosie, Safe Haven, Stuart Little, The Hunger Games, and Little Women.
