Kat is a psychometrist who supports clients seeking answers about behavioral, academic, developmental, and cognitive concerns. She guides clients through the testing process with patience and transparency, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and involved from start to finish.

Her background spans a variety of clinical and community settings. She has experience administering neuropsychological assessments and contributing to immigration evaluations, along with previous work with children ages 3–12 in an ABA setting. Her early experience also includes an undergraduate internship serving at-risk populations across Hays, Comal, and Caldwell counties. Together, these experiences have shaped her individualized approach and appreciation for the different circumstances, backgrounds, and questions that bring people to an evaluation.

Kat values acceptance, education, and self-advocacy. She strives to make the assessment process approachable and judgment-free while helping clients better understand their strengths, challenges, and needs.

Outside of work, Kat enjoys reading, art, hiking, and photography and is an avid fan of metal music and horror movies.
