Kat is a psychometrist who supports clients seeking clear insight and objective guidance around behavioral, academic, developmental, and cognitive concerns. She encourages and educates clients throughout the testing process so results reflect their true strengths and needs.

Her experience includes an undergraduate internship serving at-risk populations in Hays, Comal, and Caldwell counties and work in an ABA setting with children ages 3–12. Kat meets every person with compassion, empathy, and patience, recognizing no two stories are the same. She believes self-advocacy, education, and communication are key to understanding ourselves and others, and she empowers clients to be active participants in their care.

Values: acceptance, transparency, and motivation—creating a judgment-free assessment experience while helping clients move through challenges. Outside work, Kat loves exploring the city with her camera, going to concerts, and making music (marching band alum and multi-instrumentalist!).
