Lexi works with teens and adults who may be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, body image, neurodivergence, or periods of change and uncertainty. She earned dual Master of Science degrees in Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy from Emporia State University in 2023 and brings both traditional counseling and creative approaches into her work.
Lexi helps clients better understand themselves, build confidence in who they are, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult emotions and internal pressure. She also enjoys working with athletes who may feel that their identity, expectations, or sense of self has become closely tied to performance and want space to reset outside of their sport.
Her approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and adaptable to each client. Depending on what feels most useful, sessions may involve conversation, practical coping strategies, or art-based techniques that offer another way to explore experiences that can be difficult to put into words. Lexi values authenticity over perfection and balances empathy with honest feedback to help clients make meaningful, sustainable changes.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys traveling, staying active, spending time with her baby, and getting lost in a good book.
