Aaron is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate. He earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of the Incarnate Word. Aaron obtained Gottman Level 1 training in 2024.
Since beginning his therapeutic journey, Aaron has worked with families, individuals, and couples, with a particular passion for helping couples,young adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Aaron focuses on improving communication, rekindling intimacy, and equipping clients with tools to navigate life’s transitions.
Emerging adulthood can be an unclear time in one’s life, whether it be navigating friends, family, relationships. Aaron’s goal is to help empower clients to develop a stronger sense of self and assist in making informed decisions about future careers and passions.
He has experience addressing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ issues, communication conflicts, intimacy issues, infidelity, co-parenting, and the complexities of separation and divorce.
Aaron’s goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where couples, families, and individuals can express themselves openly, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional connections.
