With Thanksgiving just one day away, it might be a good time to reflect on what you are most thankful for. Practicing gratitude can not only put things into perspective, but it is all good for your mental health in a broader sense.


Studies show that those who regularly express gratitude for the positive things in their lives have proven to be happier overall than those who focus on the negative.
