Habits

Because it requires a person to interrupt a present habit while simultaneously developing a new and possibly unknown set of actions, this type of behavior transformation can be difficult and complex. Remember that this process takes time—often far longer than we would like. Don’t give up!

Knowing this process takes time gives us the advantage of knowing that if we push through that period of difficulty, we can find success on the other end.

What habits are you looking to change this year? How is it going so far?
