Happiness Is A Habit .

The truth is, happiness is something you might have to actively work to achieve and maintain. It can be difficult to achieve and maintain that happiness if you constantly compare yourself, what you have, and where you are in life to others.

It’s important to ask yourself self-reflective questions about the work you do, the friendships you have and the relationship you have with your inner self. “ Does this activity serve my happiness? Does this friend serve my happiness? If not, you will want to dig a little deeper. If it no longer brings you happiness- why is it in your life? What can you do to actively change the situation for the better?

This will get easier each time you do it, as you will start to recognize red flags a little earlier. Setting boundaries will get easier. All you need to do is trust and work the process.
