Mental Health Awareness Month

Even while attitudes about mental health and treatment are changing, stigma still exists.  Many are hesitant to seek treatment or even discuss it with their loved ones for fear of being judged and receiving unwarranted criticism.  If we become physically  injured, we know that we need to seek treatment, but for many of us we stop this line of thinking at the physical level when it is actually true when it comes to our mental health as well.

If you’re struggling, we can help.
