Counseling Services
If you’re struggling with the challenges in your life, your next step may be meeting with a counselor. For mental health counseling in San Antonio, we offer online and face-to-face and virtual counseling services to best fit your needs. Being licensed in Texas, Virginia and New Jersey, we can offer more people the help they need via online counseling sessions as well.
Whether you or your child has recently been diagnosed with a learning disability, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or another psychological or cognitive concern, we can offer you diagnostic services as well as treatment through counseling, behavior therapy, and parent coaching.
At Monarch Behavioral Health, we care about our clients’ mental health and well-being. Our goal is to help you find balance and ease, once more, with daily obstacles and create peace of mind knowing you have our support getting through it.
What to Expect at a Session
Wonder what a typical session with a counselor for mental health in San Antonio may look like? First, reach out to Monarch Behavioral Health and let us know what type of challenges you are facing. Our intake coordinator will connect you with a counselor that will be able to address your specific challenges. For our San Antonio locals, we would offer you a session with a counselor for either online or at our office to your preference. For other locations, we currently offer online sessions only, but that just means you have one less place to have to drive to!
During your session, your counselor will make you their number one priority. Your counselor cares about what you have to say and will walk you through the steps that help them better understand your needs. Your counselor will be compassionate about your concerns and make sure you feel safe and supported.
Each session you take for your mental health in San Antonio, or our other locations, will provide you with the tools to overcome the struggles you or your loved one may face on a daily basis. We strive to create a healthy and professional relationship with our clients to better address their needs and to help them achieve treatment goals that may have once seemed like a loss of a challenge.
If you or a loved one is trying to cope with the challenges of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting, or even just a particularly difficult time in life, we are here for you! Our team at Monarch Behavioral Health are here to support you and help you succeed and overcome life’s challenges.
