Dr. Amanda Sharp Cogorno, Ph.D., Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Cogorno (formally Sharp) is the founder and owner of Monarch Behavioral Health, PLLC. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology in 2018. She has advanced training in psychological evaluation and various therapeutic modalities. She has been conducting assessments and providing psychological testing and treatment recommendations for individuals of all ages since 2015. Her passion is providing children, adolescents, adults, and families with resources to thrive and grow.
Dr. Cogorno provides testing that is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client she works with. After testing, she will provide an insightful, clear, and individualized report that details her finding and includes recommendations for follow-up action. Her treatment recommendations are tailored to support each client’s vulnerabilities and build upon the strengths they possess.
Dr. Cogorno is married and has two school-aged children. She has lived in San Antonio for more than 15 years and is passionate about serving the community. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and cooking.
