Eating Disorder Treatment & Therapy in San Antonio TX

Reclaim a Healthy Relationship with Food and Your Body

You deserve a life where food and body image no longer control your thoughts, emotions, or daily choices.

At Monarch Behavioral Health, we help individuals in San Antonio break free from the cycle of disordered eating so they can focus on living fully, not counting calories or criticizing themselves in the mirror.

When Eating Becomes an Emotional Battle

An eating disorder is more than a struggle with food—it’s often a coping mechanism for deeper emotional pain. You may find yourself obsessing over weight, exercising excessively, or avoiding meals altogether. Perhaps you binge eat in secret, only to feel guilt and shame afterward.

At Monarch Behavioral Health, we provide support for individuals struggling with a range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and other specified eating disorders.

These patterns can take a serious toll on your physical health, relationships, and self-worth. Without help, eating disorders can lead to long-term health complications and keep you stuck in an exhausting mental loop. But recovery is possible with the right guidance and support.

Healing Is Possible—And You’re Not Alone
