 Faith is a humanistic mental health counselor with over five years of experience helping individuals navigate life's many challenges. She has a passion for helping people fully access and accentuate their current strengths to curate a more meaningful life.

Faith earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University and is a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. She has experience working with adults, adolescents and children in private practice, community care and nonprofit mental health both within the United States and internationally.

Faith utilizes a psychodynamic psychotherapeutic (focusing on the unconscious mind and how it may contribute to emotional and behavioral states) approach to counseling in a holistic (whole person) and person-centered manner. She believes that everyone has the potential for growth and change and that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful resource for along the healing journey. She works with clients to identify their strengths, find their voice, develop coping mechanisms and strategies for reframing therapeutic blindspots and stumbling blocks that stand in the way of forward movement.

Faith specializes in working with people experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and life transitions. She values connection, honesty, curiosity, empathy, and collaboration. Working with clients to co-create a safe and supportive environment with clients.

Faith is an active member of the American Psychological Association and a lifelong learner who is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling. She is also a strong advocate for mental health awareness, reducing the stigma associated with seeking help and having the courage to have difficult conversations.
