Lexi is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and Provisionally Registered Art Therapist who earned dual Master’s degrees in Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy from Emporia State University in 2023.

Lexi works with individuals seeking greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and confidence, especially those who feel weighed down by intense emotions or who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, or challenges related to neurodivergence.

Her compassionate, client-centered approach blends traditional and creative therapies, helping clients explore their inner world, build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and connect more deeply with themselves and others. Lexi focuses on fostering emotional awareness, reducing internalized pressure, and strengthening a sense of identity, empowering clients to create meaningful, lasting change.

Lexi’s own self-healing journey has shown her the power of discovering your passions and finding spaces where you can truly be seen and heard. She understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and she honors the courage it takes to invest in your well-being. Lexi walks alongside her clients every step of the way, offering empathy, support, and honest feedback.

In sessions, Lexi brings her warm and bubbly personality to the room; she embraces creativity, authenticity, and imperfection. She encourages clients to explore new ideas, and helps them see the beauty in life’s imperfections.

Outside of work, Lexi enjoys exploring a wide range of music, staying active, and getting lost in a good book, interests she often finds she shares with her clients.

If you’re ready, or even just curious, about starting this journey, Lexi invites you to reach out and see what working together might feel like.
