Ryan is a provisionally-licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals, families, and couples aged 25 and up navigate life’s challenges. With a background in the military and extensive global experiences, he brings a unique perspective to therapy, understanding the diverse needs of his clients. Ryan’s clients often leave sessions feeling more empowered and better able to communicate their needs clearly. He supports his clients not only in expressing themselves but also in navigating complex relationships, processing grief and loss with integrity, and building effective communication skills that last beyond therapy. Frustration and fear are natural responses to unmet needs and uncertain futures. Ryan helps his clients broaden their perspectives and uncover alternative solutions. Through a collaborative process, Ryan guides his clients toward meaningful decision-making, accepting their current realities, and finding relief from stress. He works with clients to identify barriers to progress, develop essential life skills, and ultimately become their own agents of change so that therapy can one day become unnecessary. Ryan understands the importance of creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe.
