Gratitude and Children
For many, gratitude is a learned practice. There are things you can do everyday to ensure that your and your child don’t take what you have for granted. If you’re interested in teaching your little one about gratitude, try incorporating this five tasks into your daily routine:
-Journal: include 3 things you're grateful for each day
-Make a point of saying thank you whenever possible
-Ask pointed questions. “What did that make you feel?”
-Perform random acts of kindness
-Model gratitude in your own life
