National Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month

It’s National Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month. It’s important to know that there is a lot you can do to prevention suicide. In addition to knowing the warning signs and risk factors to look out for, it’s important that you take action when you see them. Check in with the person(s) at risk, ask them how they are doing, help them connect and find ressources, and be there for them even if they tell you that they are fine.
