Supporting a High Achieving Teen

High-achieving teenagers are frequently involved in extracurricular activities and leadership positions. When you add in a job or volunteer work, lessons, or a college search, it's easy to see how a teen can become overwhelmed. This is frequently when people seek help from a therapist.
