Teaching Your Child Emotional Regulation

A big part of teaching our little ones how to regulate their emotions is recognizing that what works for some, doesn’t always work for others. Be sure to investigate and try different techniques to regulate and soothe your child as an individual. This could be any positive interaction (a long hug, cuddles, etc.)
