The Effect Of Bystander on Bullying

You might be surprised to learn just how much of a difference a bystander can make during an instance of bullying. It’s important to know that over 55% of the time, the bullying will stop if a bystanders steps in to help. It’s also important to know that if there is only one witness to a bullying occurrence, that one individual is more likely to assist the victim. In a group of three or more people, however, no one person thinks it is their job to act. As a result, they are less inclined to come forward and assist the victim as a group.

If you, your child, or another loved one is struggling with being bullied, we can help.
