What is ACT?

ACT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is a mindfulness-based therapy that offers clinically effective treatment. In thinking about ACT, it's important to remember that running away from a problem doesn’t actually fix anything. You just put distance between you and the solution.

Anxiety, depression, OCD, addictions, and substance abuse are all mental health issues that can all benefit from ACT and other  Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

If you're interested in ACT, we can help.
