World Suicide Prevention Day

Asking for help if you’re having thoughts of suicide can be daunting, but you need to know that there are people in the world who eagerly want to help you. If for some reason, the first person doesn’t listen to you, keep trying. Keep trying until you get the help you need and deserve.

When asking for help, try to clearly express how much you are struggling. We understand that this can be difficult, but you’ve got this. Let the person know that you are in crisis and that you need help right away.

If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts reach out to National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 800-273-8255
