A Routine that Build Happiness

Even though it may not feel true, we have the power to significantly boost our happiness meter; it just requires some effort.  Do you commonly feel like your happiness is short lived? Or as if everytime something good happens, it’s followed by something negative? For example- maybe you were excited after buying a new house, only to find yourself frustrated a few months later with the layout or the amount of storage space? 


This is because we are always on the lookout for the next thing that makes us happy.
