Becoming an ally to the ones you love, and those like them is a critical part of building strong relationships.

Everyone deserves to feel loved and listened to.

The way you react to someone’s culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, or anything else that makes up a part of who they are, will have long term effects on their mental and emotional health.

To become a better ally, make sure to

Speak out against injustice and bullying

Listen to what the experience that someone is sharing with you.

Take action to make change wherever possible.

Pay attention to bias that you notice within yourself and actively work to unlearn those bias.
