Holidays After A Break-Up

Holidays after a break up can feel near impossible to get through. Oftentimes they can make us want to hide away. It’s important to know that you will likely need time to process the end of your relationship, and that in doing so, you can still enjoy the holiday season.

  • Focus on who and what you do have. There are many things to be grateful for in our lives.

  • Spend time with friends and family. Don’t lock yourself away.

  • Get offline. It won’t do you any good to stalk their social media profiles. Spent that time in the fresh air instead.

  • Don’t bottle up your feelings, acknowledge the pain you are feeling and let yourself process it in your own time.
