National Men’s Health Week

This week is National Men’s Health Week!

National Men's Health Week was first celebrated  in 1994 with an intention to raise awareness around preventable health problems that disproportionately affect men and encourage them to actively maintain their physical and mental wellbeing.

Here are 3 things you can do to observe the occasion:

  1. Call to set up your preventative care appointments today.

  2. Revamp your health and wellness routines.

  3. Spread the word by sharing this message!
