Self Care Is Non-negotiable

Self-care is essential for living a healthy and balanced life. It’s a necessity and it is non-negotiable. Even for the busiest of us. When we hold this mindset, self-care can become a second nature.


You might consider evaluating  the quality of the self-care you are engaging in. For example, you might try utilizing the time that you have to be outside, or spending time with loved ones rather than say, spending that time watching TV or on your phone. That’s not to say you can’t ever just hang out, we just want to be mindful with our time since it is so limited.
