Teaching teens healthy sleep habits with teens can be tricky. They often have a lot going on in their lives and healthy sleep isn’t always a priority. As with many things, consistency is key. Keep in mind that teens typically need about 8-10 hours of sleep per night, but it is common for the average teen to get 7 hours or less per night without intentionality.
