Sleep Hygiene for Kids

Healthy sleep hygiene is important no matter what age your children are, but there are a few key things that will differ. Preschoolers (ages 3-5) typically need 10-13 hours of sleep a night, where school-age children (ages 6-13) need between 9-11 hours of sleep.  Just remember that a consistent and calming routine, alongside a day that includes a healthy level of exercise will set you up for success.

If you are struggling with getting your child on a healthy sleep routine, we can help.
