Self- Care for Parents

In order to continue being a good parent, you need to be taking care of yourself as well. Without self-care you won’t have the emotional or physical energy to take care of your family . Sacrificing your body, social life, diet, and sanity is only going to lead you to be burned out in the end. It’s not selfish, it’s necessary!
